Getting Started

Getting started with Design Genie is relatively easy and you can get up and running quickly. First, you’ll need to purchase one of our design plans – currently, we have two design plans to choose from:

There are two Design Genie plans to choose from: Our Design Agency Monthly Plan and our Design Agency Pro Monthly Plan.

Both plans feature unlimited project tasks and revisions, 1 business day turnaround, royalty free stock images and access to print ready native files in addition to having an on-demand graphic designer. Additionally, each plan offers 20% off your first month, billing at the regular cost thereafter.

The chief difference between the two plans is the amount of active projects that your plan allows – the Pro plan offers unlimited projects while the lesser plan allows for up to 5 active projects.

Once you’ve purchased a plan, you’ll then receive a welcome email with more information and instructions.

SIGNING UP

Shortly after design plan purchase, you should receive an email from us (check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it) with a link to register for a user account for the Design Genie platform.

The welcome email also has links to our online portfolio, for inspiration, a link to download our e-book, “7 Deadly Sins in Graphic Design” (complete with tips and tricks to get more design for your money and less hassle) as well as this guide.

NEW USER REGISTRATION

To register for a Design Genie account, follow the link in the welcome email or go to https://design.dpigraphics.net/register/ and create an account. You’ll be required to enter your first and last name, email address, create a username and set a strong password. Why a strong password? Weak or moderate passwords can be guessed, or hacked into easily. Also, avoid using usernames like “admin” as that is a common username for hackers to go after to gain access to a site.

ONCE YOU’VE REGISTERED…

You’ll receive an email confirming your account, after you’ve successfully registered. Upon successfully registering, you’ll be redirected to the Design Genie projects dashboard to start your first project. Having trouble registering?
